We make our ice cream from scratch at our Basecamp kitchen using high-quality ingredients. Every flavour is explored, refined, and shared when it’s right. Simple, honest, really good ice cream.
Small batches made often
We make our ice cream in small batches to keep the quality high and the flavours consistent. It takes more time, but it allows us to keep a close eye on every step of the process and ensures the ice cream stays fresh from Base Camp to our guests.

Great ice cream starts with great ingredients. We work with fresh dairy, real fruit, and thoughtfully sourced components that bring natural flavour and balance to every batch.
Intentional recipes
Every flavour is built deliberately. We test combinations, refine textures, and adjust until everything feels balanced. Some recipes become long-standing favourites, while others rotate through as seasonal experiments.

Handmade waffle cone
Our waffle cones are made from scratch using a simple batter and pressed fresh for the right balance of crisp and flavour. They’re lightly sweet, a little buttery, and designed to be the perfect complement to our ice cream.
